據(jù)中國貿(mào)易救濟信息網(wǎng)消息，2025年3月31日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）發(fā)布公告稱，對特定電容放電點火系統(tǒng)及其組件和下游產(chǎn)品（Certain Capacitive Discharge Ignition Systems,Components Thereof,and Products Containing the Same，調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1390）作出337部分終裁：對本案行政法官于2025年2月4日作出的最終初裁（FID）不予復(fù)審，即本案不存在侵權(quán)，并終止調(diào)查。
2024年2月8日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定電容放電點火系統(tǒng)及其組件和下游產(chǎn)品（Certain Capacitive Discharge Ignition Systems,Components Thereof ,and Products Containing the Same）啟動337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1390）。
2024年1月10日，美國Altronic,LLC,of Girard,OH向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品違反了美國337條款（侵權(quán)美國注冊專利號7401603），請求美國ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。
