據(jù)中國(guó)貿(mào)易救濟(jì)信息網(wǎng)，8月6日，美國(guó)HydraFacial LLC f/k/a Edge Systems LLC根據(jù)《美國(guó)1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)提出申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷售的特定水潤(rùn)皮膚磨削系統(tǒng)及其組件（Certain Hydrodermabrasion Systems and Components Thereof）違反了美國(guó)337條款。
